We have powder post beetles in our 2 year old Ash tongue and groove flooring%u2014all new construction. I read a previous post about the person with the pine floor so I understand we have to sand the surface before we treat the floor with Boracare. Will the Boracare stain the Ash flooring? We have removed some boards which have been reduced to dust.
