Q.
Does NyGuard work against bedbugs?
I own an apartment building and, although I haven't seen any bedbugs, I had a tenant that saw a couple last year. We fogged and haven't seen any since. Now roaches have been spotted and, if I'm spraying for roaches, I may as well get something that will take care of bedbugs as well. Just in case!
A.Bedbugs are not specifically listed on the product label for NyGuard. Also, Nyguard is just an insect growth regulator that needs to be used in conjunction with a pesticide.
To treat roaches and bedbugs, we suggest using general pest control products such as Suspend along with Gentrol IGR to prevent further reproduction of the insects as well as kill them on contact.
