Hi my name is heather and I had a few questions about your return policy. If I order a bee sute and am not happy with it can I return it for a full refund?
A.We do accept returns as long as the item has not been used or opened and is within 30 days of the original date of shipment. You may return the item back to us at your own cost. The return shipping is your responsibility. We do ask, however, for your protection and safety, that you use a carrier that is traceable.
Once the item returns to our store we will examine the item and refund all funds after the original shipping cost is deducted. Please include, in the return package, a reference to your order number or a copy of the invoice.
For regular returns, we cannot refund you for the initial shipping charge. If you have already paid for the shipment, then you will receive the full refund on the product, but will not be refunded for the shipment. If you have received free shipment on your purchase, we will have to deduct the small initial shipment charge it took for us to ship to you. Please understand that we work together with a separate shipping company such as UPS or USPS. Since the original shipment has been successfully delivered, there is no way to waive that initial shipping fee.
We will send you a notification once the refund has been made via email or phone. The process will take about 2-3 business days before the transaction will appear. The process will take longer during holiday seasons.
