Protecting kids from deer and horse flies around the pool

  Our pool is in the worst environment possible. Lots of vegetation, and just up the hill from a creek. The horse and deer flies have made the pool area unbearable for the wife and kids. I don't have the option of moving the pool away from the swamp-like conditions, so I'm left with trying to control the flies.
A.

The only thing we can recommend using is the Maxforce Fly Bait stations and placing them around the pool areas. This will attract the flies and kill them once the ingest the bait.

NO ONE CAN IDENTIFY WHAT IT IS, INFACT THEY DONT THINK THERE BUGS AT ALL. BUT THEY ARE IF YOU LOOK REAL GOOD WITH A MAGNIFY GLASS YOU CAN SEE THEM, THEY COME IN STAGES, THEY BARE HOLES IN HER BODY, WE HAVE EVEN TAKEN HER TO DOCTORS YES MANY DOCTORS AND NO ONE WILL HELP US. SHE IS DISABLED PLEASE SOMEONE NEEDS TO HELP US FIND SOMETHING TO SPRAY IN THE HOME TO GET RID OF THESE BUGS. WHAT CAN I BUY FOR YOU TO USE.
