Ridding a farm pond of snakes

We have a farm pond lined with large rocks on the damn side. Yesterday, while swimming, my two grandchildren had this black snake with a yellow stripe swim between them. How can I rid this pond of them?
A.

Unfortunately, we do not have any specific items you can put in the water to treat for snakes. It appears that the snakes are in your area because of available food sources such as small fish, salamander, frogs, etc. We do not have items that can target the fish, but we recommend doing a general pest control, treating for the insects near the pond area in order to rid of the food source for salamanders and frogs. Hopefully, this will reduce the snakes' food source, putting your snake problem under control.
