Avert Gel Piston Can 4.2 oz.
Avert Roach Bait Gel is specially formulated to kill both bait-averse and non bait-averse cockroach species. The product features a protein and carbohydrate bait matrix that is attractive to cockroaches. The product is for use indoors and outdoors to control cockroach infestations. Available in 4.2 oz piston can, the product can be used as refills to empty 30-gram reservoirs of Avert Cockroach Gel Bait. Each piston can contains 0.05 percent Abamectin, a powerful insecticide proven to kill a wide range of insects including cockroaches.
Why Should You Use Avert Gel Piston Can ?
Avert Cockroach Bait Gel has a slow-acting formulation that helps spread the bait to other roaches. This property gives the cockroaches enough time to transfer the bait to other cockroaches.

Directions for Avert Gel Piston Can
Before using the product, carefully read the product label for application instructions and safety precautions. Apply Avert Roach Bait Gel to target areas where insects are likely to frequent, habituate or breed using appropriate equipment. Apply the product in beads measuring 3mm or 6mm containing 0.25 and 0.50 grams of bait respectively.
Place 4 to 6 bait spots per 100 square feet of treatment area for light infestations and 12 to 24 spots for heavy infestations. Place baits on areas where cockroaches are usually seen such as cracks and crevices, voids, under furniture, surfaces around and under sinks, storage areas, cabinets and shelves, under and behind appliances, attics and crawl spaces. Inject the product to cracks and crevices using appropriate equipment. Use of the product in food-handling areas is limited to crack and crevice treatments only. DO NOT apply the product on surfaces where food is processed. Inspect bait placements regularly and reapply if necessary.

(Posted on Thursday 15 September, 2011)It is usually difficult to access those tight cracks in the garden wall corners and other crevices, the fact that this is a spray makes it very efficient for me. Usually, I use the granules, but this is more effective. Since I had been using the same brand before and was impressed with the results, this one was like an upgrade for me. I respect the consistency in the quality and do not regret my upgrade. Highly recommended and very affordable as well!

I have been using similar insecticides for a while now and, although they are the same brand, I think the spray is more efficient especially when it comes to application. It kills them within 24 hours and leaves no stain or foul smell. I am very impressed!

Easy to use, kills the roaches within a very short time and also really affordable. I use it in the cracks of my floors and dark corners to try and prevent the roaches in the first place. So far it is working perfectly fine and I plan to continue using it.

(Posted on Tuesday 12 January, 2010)At $22.95, I think that this is definitely a very valuable product to have. I have been using it for over two weeks and all the cockroaches are almost gone. However, I applied it in the kitchen corner floors and I don’t know why, but my child had a skin rash soon afterwards. They usually play in this area, so for me this was the only negative aspect. I will continue using this product but on areas with less traffic, perhaps like the garage. In my opinion, the prodcut is still very good. Very affordable and excellent results, highly recommended.

It does the job well, but I would prefer to buy the granules- you get more for your money and they are equally effective. With regards to tight situations, you have to look for the void. It always works for me and there was no difference between this and the other products. I think it is a matter of choice.

I added a four dollar item on the website and got free shipping! I'd say go for the AVERT GEL PISTON CAN! It worked extremely well for me and Pest Mall has the best deal!
