I have completed a 12mo. treatment with a local company and still have bugs!!!!!!!! What do your products offer that they don't, after 2 sets of bed furniture I can't afford another $1.200.00 dollar treatment.
A. It is very difficult to get rid of bed bugs, especially if you have a heavy infestation. You must be very consistent with your treatments.

Q. new york bed bugs control kit
Hi I have a small infestation of bed bugs and I don't want nothing harsh because is in my sons room and I have pets. I need to know if it is safe to them. Please let me know. And your packages are discreet ?

As long as the directions on the labels are properly followed, the items are safe after they dry. Each product has a Materjal Safety Data Sheet that you can take a look at. The packages will come discrete without details of the content on the outside of the box.
Bed bugs require different insecticides for optimal control due to their small size. They are able to hide anywhere including the mattress, sofa, other furniture, hanging frames, and even the wall void area. Our kits have been put together by our technicians to provide you with all the different types of insecticides that will treat different areas accordingly.

This kit includes a pressurized aerosol spray, a dust product, a liquid concentrate, an IGR (insect growth regulator) and also a duster to apply the dust. The aerosol remains active for 2 weeks to a month and you apply this in intimate areas like your furniture (mattress lining, head board, couch, etc.).The liquid concentrate can be applied to larger surfaces like the base boards of a room, the surface around the bed, etc. and has a longer killing effect for up to 3-4 months.
Dust products have the longest residual time for about 5-6 months, however, it is restricted to areas of minimal or no contact like the wall void area, under and behind furniture, and hanging picture frames.Was this helpful?

want to know shipping time to california for bed bug kit and Bed Bug Tent.
A. If the order bed bug control kit and Bed Bug Bite preventing Tent placed before 12 PM EST, we will most likely be able to ship it out the same business day. If not, it will be shipped out the following day. It will take 3-5 business days for delivery after shipment, even to California.

Q. MIXING THE TREATMENT
I RECENTLY PURCHASED FROM YOU A KIT FOR 4 ROOMS TO KILL BED BUGS. THE DIRECTIONS WERE NOT INCLULED AND i DON'T KNOW HOW TO MIX THE CHEMICIALS. MY HUSBAND IS JUST USING THE CAN SPRAY BUT THE BUGS ARE STILL BITING ME. PLEASE EMAIL DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO JUSE THE REST OF THE KIT SO i CAN SEE IF THIS STUFF WORKS OR NOT. tHANKS.
A. The products that are included in the bed bug kit for 4 rooms are 4 cans of Bedlam Aerosol, 1 Bottle of Cyzmic CS, 3 bottles of Gentrol IGR 1oz, 8 oz Evergreen (or Pyganic depending on WHEN you ordered) and a duster.
Bedlam is used for more intimate areas like your furniture. You can spray the cracks and crevices on your bed frames, the seams and lining of your mattress, boxspring, couch, and etc. This must be reapplied every two weeks.
The Cyzmic and Gentrol can actually be diluted in the same solution. To 1 Gallon of water, you will add 6mL of Cyzmic and 1 ounce of Gentrol. Spray this on the baseboards, the immediate area AROUND your furniture and etc. This must be reapplied every 2-3 months.
The dust is applied to hard to reach areas that are not readily accessible or will not have a lot of traffic or movement. These areas are areas like behind or under your furniture, hanging fixtures, behind picture frames, in wall voids and etc. Use the duster to apply the dust. Dust products must be reapplied every 4-5 months.

can you ship to Honolulu bad bed bug problem
A. We do have bed bug insecticide that can be sent to Hawaii. However all aerosol cans will be restricted by U.S Aviation policies. They cannot ship pressurized cans over air.

A. Bed Bug control requires several steps and materials for a complete control. We recommend our bed bug kits which included all the necessary chemicals for DIY Bed Bug control. Q. use of bed bug control kit product
I recently purchased a bed bug kit for 2 rooms. I sprayed the matress, mixed and sprayed the concentrate and also sprayed the powder. I treated the room on Thursday night and on Saturday I saw a major infestation. Way more than was seen before treatment. Is this common ? Although alot of them were dead on the bed many were still alive . The infestation seemed to get worse after treatment. I had only seen a couple of them per day before treatment . On Saturday, there had to be at least 20 dead on the bed, as well as what was killed by my dad throughout the night.
A. The bed bugs usually come out an hour before dawn, making it difficult to see any during the day. If you were to see just two, we would consider it a heavy infestation.

It is common that you've seen that many bed bugs (especially for a very heavy infestation), as when they came out at night, were weakened or killed. It's not common that you should see so many bed bugs during the day-- unless it could only mean that you have a very heavy infestation.
