Reply : All of our bed bug control kits are starter kits for bed bug control. As you may already know, bed bugs are very, very small and are able to hide in virtually any crack or crevice. Because they are able to hide so well, it definitely takes more than one treatment to eradicate any bed bug infestation. Q. are this product kill bed bugs from the first treatment or neede two time?
i know most of the medicne used for the insect control need two time because med. not effect on eggs.
A. For all insect infestations of severe or large degree takes multiple treatments to completely eradicate or even control. Therefore, this bed bug control kit was put together as a great initial treatment; however, you will need products for a follow up treatment. Look into purchasing the Bedlam Bed Bug Insecticide Spray.

I had followed all the instructions and I still have the problem. Any suggestions?

A. The Bed Bug Lite Kit is going to provide a great initial treatment as far as eliminating parts of the infestation; however, not even the best control products can eliminate bed bugs in just one treatment.
You must follow up with the initial treatment by having a bed bug control treatment plan. Plan accordingly and use other materials if necessary.
You may need to treat every two weeks or every month to two months depending on the products you use and the size of your infestation.
