Bifen L/P Granules - 25 Lbs.
Bifen Granular features a long lasting residue that protects lawns and perimeters from insect infestations. The granular insecticide acts by impairing the nervous systems of insects for effective control. Bifen L/P is for use to control ants, worms, weevils, crickets, leafhoppers, millipedes, centipedes, ticks, pillbugs, flies and other pest insects.
Bifen L/P helps keep your lawns and perimeters free from outdoor pests such as ants, centipedes, crickets, flies, millipedes, weevils and other invasive insects. Each bag of Bifen L/P contains 0.20% Bifenthrin, a powerful pyrethoid insecticide that is highly effective against common lawn pests. In addition, the product leaves a long-lasting residue that lasts for months.
*Depending on availability, you will get either Bifen Granules or Wisdon Granules. Both products are EXACTLY THE SAME.
Why Should You Use Bifen Granulars ?
Bifen L/P is one of the longest-lasting residual insecticides in the market due to its low solubility in water. A single application of Bifen granules to treatment area leaves residues that last for up to 8 months!

Directions for Bifen Granulars
For broadcast treatments, application equipment such as dusters should be used to ensure uniform applications of Bifen L/P to treatment areas. Apply Bifen L/P following the application rates found in the product label. Apply the product as directed in the product label. Most applications require treated areas to be watered to release (activate) the active ingredient from the granules. For broadcast applications in residential areas, do not apply more than 0.2 lbs of the product per acre of treatment area. Application rates may be increased to not more than 0.4 lbs of Bifen L/P's active ingredient per acre for non-residential areas. For fire ant mound treatments, apply 1/2 cup of Bifen Granulars directly over mounds and induce 1 to 2 gallons of water to the mound.

Use Bifen L/P to control pests in lawns, landscaped areas and perimeters around residential, commercial, industrial buildings, parks, athletic fields and recreational areas. The product should be used to treat golf courses, nurseries, greenhouses and sod farms.
Note: electrical transformers appear to the more attractive to ants during the cooler months. For best results treat in the Fall or early Spring.

After 2 deer ticks in 2 weeks i had to do something if I wanted to venture off the blacktop. I applied Bifen and so far (after 4 weeks) no sign of ticks.

In some instances the mound died, in others the ants moved a few feet, and on some mounds it seemed to just reduce the population. On all mounds there were dead ants after application.

As a matter of fact, for the last 3 months, I have been having one too many fire ants in my lawn and because I have children that are still very young, that was highly inconvenient for me. Before coming across Bifen Granulars, I used several pest control products. I even tried my luck with home remedies but to no true avail. 2 weeks ago, I was at my friend’s place for a Sunday brunch and she was telling me about this great product she found on Pestmall for the treatment and elimination of fire ants. As soon as I got home that day, I went online to check out the Pestmall website and I ordered Bifen Granulars as well. Shipping of my purchase was made really quick and I appreciate that a lot. For a few days now, I have been using the Bifen Granulars for fire ant control and the product works great. The fire ants are still there but daily, dozens of them are dying. Great product. Ever since I started using Bifen Granules , I have not seen even a single garden worm pests in there. It was a much more pleasant sight because there were no pests crawling.

(Posted on )From my personal experience I know for a fact that Bifen Granulars is an insecticide that shows efficiency against a whole range of garden pests including mole crickets, fire ants, chinch bugs and millipedes among other things. I have been using the insecticide for a number of days now and my garden feels like it’s breathing again, full of life because it is not being gnawed at by garden pests. I would highly recommend this product to anyone! I think it would also be worth mentioning here that Bifen Granulars comes for rather cheap at $31.47 for 25lbs of insecticide!

There are lots of sugar ants roaming in my vegetable garden and I want to apply Bifen Granules. Is this product safe to use on vegetable garden?
A. No, Bifen Granules is not applicable on vegetable garden as directed in the product label. Bifen Granules can control pests in lawns, landscaped areas and perimeters around residential, commercial, industrial buildings, parks, athletic fields and recreational areas.

Q. how to rid spring tails
I want to eliminate this spring tails in my home and I had applied some pesticide but it doesn't work. I want to know how the spring tails got into my home and do you have any products that can treat these pests?
A. These pests are present when you have a moisture problem such as poor ventilation in crawl spaces, leaking or sweating pipe, etc. These pests must be eliminated or treated as soon as possible since they can reproduce rapidly. We recommend using Bifen Granulars and Bifen IT in treating spring tails.

Hello, do you have any spreader setting for applying bifen granular at a rate of 2.3 - 4.6 lbs per 1,000 sq ft? I am using a Scott's Speedy Green 3000. Thank you,

Q. How much of Bifen Granulars should I apply per mound?
I have found 3 ant mounds in our backyard and I want to treat it with Bifen Granulars. How much of Bifen Granular should I apply per mound?
A. In treating ant mounds, we recommend applying ½ cup of Bifen Granules per mound and then drench the mound with 1 to 2 gallons of water. The mound should be drenched with sufficient force to break its apex and allow the insecticide to flow into the ant tunnels.

Q. Safe in garden
Other sites say bifenthrin is safe in garder because it is NOT taken up by plants. Why is yours NOT safe in garder?
A. The Bifenthrin active ingredient is not labeled for use around vegetable gardens or fruit trees. It is unlawful to use the product outside of the instructions on the product label because of the high chemical content.
