My neighbor has used this product line for years and has tried to convince me to switch. I finally did and am not only impressed with the product, the results are unmatched and I won't be going back to anything else.

We are experiencing extreme drought in Oklahoma and as a result have been invaded by grasshoppers who are eating our precious shrubs, flowers and small trees down to their last leaf. I used a Gilmour 362 Professional No Pre-Mix Sprayer to spray my lawn, flower beds, small trees, shrubs, sidewalks, patios and outside walls up to the eves of my house. The grasshoppers, spiders, ants, scorpions, centipedes and every other bug known to man died literally by the thousands. The grasshoppers tend to congregate in the shade during the extreme heat of the day and were dying in huge piles. Bifen XTS has a strong residual, but the longest residual is on sidewalks. I have used a 2 gallon had sprayer to reapply Bifen XTS to the plants and flower beds that are being watered by our automatic sprinkler system. The only chemical smell is when you are mixing and spraying the chemical. This is the best bug killer bang for the buck that you will find. If you just use a hand sprayer then one bottle of Bifen XTS exterior insectiside will last you forever. I have Collies, Labrapoodle and a terrier in my fenced back yard and they have suffered no side effects. This insecticide is great, you will not be dissappointed.

Having over 30 years in Pest Control I would recommend this product to those who can read and follow a label.
Products gives maximum amount of coverage for your buck.
(4/5) Review by John C. (Posted on )It was the pungent odor of the cockroaches that annoy me like hell. I even wake up in the middle of the night if I smell a roach. I use the Bifen XTS once every two months just to make sure I stay free of roaches.

Worked better than i could have expected, killed every insect in my lawn, no ants, ticks, fleas, earwigs, spiders, chiggers, etc. Bifen XTS-It works amazing!

Q. How much bifen XTS do I mix with 2 gallons of water to control fleas in my yard? Will it kill the larvae and eggs too?
Flea control in yard
A. For fleas, mix about 0.07-0.15 fluid ounces of Bifen XTS per 1 gallon of water. It does not state on the label that it will kill both larvae and eggs. Demize EC may be better suited for killing the flea eggs in addition to the fleas.

Q. Noticed the respirator warning and its oil based so Does it have a strong odor?...and does it stain?
A. Yes, there is an odor and the oil base will leave behind staining residue.

Q. i have a spider problem. what do you recommend i use. i have vinyle siding and dont wont to stain it but i want something thats gonna work and last.
A. We recommend Talstar Pro to kill spiders on contact. It dries on clear and has an outdoor residual of about 2 months so it only has to be applied once every 2 months.

Is this product safe to use around pets and children?
A. Yes, you will need to vacate the pets and children in the area of application and can only come back as long as the product has completely dried.

Q. Is it okay to store Bifen XTS in other container?
I have used Bifen XTS and 100 ml was left. I want to store it in a smaller container because the original container occupied more space. Is it okay to store the remaining Bifen XTS in other container?
A. No, as stated in the product label that Bifen XTS must be stored only in the original containers.

witch is better for killing mosquitoes? Bifenthrin or permethrin? Can you use them in a mosquitoe mister like "Allclear"
A. Thank you for contacting us. Studies show that not one is more effective than the other. Short term, Permethrin is known to be more effective and in a longer span, Bifenthrin shows more effectiveness. However, during the end of treatment, they both had about equal killing percentages. So it was concluded that not one is better than the other. Both work in misting systems.

Q. how should i use bifen xts to control/prevent fireants? How to mix as well as how much of the mixture to use per 1000 sq ft. I am using a 16 gallon boom type sprayer
A. For imported fire ants, the ratio is 0.07-0.30 per 1000 sq ft. A gallon of mixture is used per 1000 sq ft.

Is Bifen XTS can be tank-mixed with other products?
A. Yes, as stated in the product label that Bifen XTS may be tank-mixed with other products, including insect growth regulators. When tank mixing Bifen XTS with other products, observe all precautions and limitations on each separate product label.

How would I treat my lawn using Bifen XTS?
A. In treating lawn, we recommend applying Bifen XTS as a broadcast treatment in 2 to 10 gallons of carrier per 1000 sq. ft. When treating thick grass foliage, use higher volumes to get complete, uniform coverage.

Q. bifenthrin label
Can you tell me difference between Bifren & Permithrin for termites & which is better? Can Bifren be used inside home around dogs, no cats? Which last longer? Thx.
A. We would say Permithrin would be better because of more residue. Once it's fully dried, it's okay for your pets to be inside the home. It usually last about 5 years.

This is the only place we can find the Giant Killer gopher bombs that we need to keep our yard pest free. Home Depot used to have them, but changed brands that are not as good. Actually, they are NO good at all. Even if they still had them, we would order from PestMall because of the great price. Very satisfied with product and delivery.
