I have small insects that fly. Found in my kitchen cabinets. They light on the tops of the cabinets and stay there, inside and out of cabinets. They are lightish in color, either a silver like, or light gray color. Slender with wings and must love food. I sprayed with Raid and it didn’t help. They are back. According to photos I have found they are not silverfish, nor roaches or flys
