Poor Results On Powder Post Beetles
From reading other reviews it appears that this product works well on most insect problems. I have powder post beetles in my log home. I've treated my log home several times with this product but it had no effect what so ever on the beetles.

Easy application
Easy to apply, and covers a large area. I used 3 applications on my sill and rim joist area that was a potential termite zone (we've seen them around in different areas of the yard, but not the house). It pours like a heavy syrup, so it's best to mix it in another container as it states in the directions.

Boracare Termiticide
This is the second time I purchased this product, which is an indication that it worked wonderful the first time. My husband was very skeptical when I purchased it the first time, but was the one who insisted that I purchase the product the second time. It goes without saying that we will continue to use this product if it continues to work to this high level of effectiveness.

I am planning to build a house made of wood but I am a little bit apprehensive because of wood boring insects that might easily destroy it. However, I learned about Boracare Termiticide and discovered that it can be used as preconstruction preventative. And so before starting construction we applied this product. And it did great!

When I first bought the bought the product I was skeptic. But this turned out to be highly effective on Subterranean Termites, Formosan Termites, Drywood Termites, Dampwood Termites, Carpenter Ants, Powderpost Beetles, Anobiid Beetles, Old House Borers, Longhorn Beetles, Ambrosia Beetles, Fungi, Algae, Brown Rot, White Rot and Wood Decay and everything else !!! But it is not a soil termiticide so you can’t apply it as such. I am using this for two years now. And I am highly happy with it.
