Found this live one on a wall. 2 more dead ones in another room. What are these?

You have just found a Pseudoscorpions a.k.a false scorpion or book scorpion. This particular insect is actually beneficial to humans because they like to feed on other insects. Using a micro encapsulated product like Demand CS is recommended to control this insect.
