What are these I’ve beenseeingthem near moisture areas and in a lot of commercial buildings. No large infestations but a scare to some people thinking they are bed bugs and I know that there not that

I tend to believe they look part beetle and part spider

the pic is dark, but the body shape looks like a cowpea weevil. they are not really a true weevil. they drill a hole in a grain or seed and eat the center. it may be something else. the pic is bad. hope i helped..
