This is a nymph of a brown banded cockroach. Brown banded roaches are outdoor nesting roaches so you will have to mainly focus on outdoor perimeter treatment.

brown bandedes will attach there egg sacks to areas that are dark and undisturbed. look under couches,coffee tables,etc. remove them before they hatch.
