Polyethylene Unit - 1 Gallon 12" straight extension for easier reach. Shut-off with lock-on for continuous spray. It also has adjustable nozzle for other spray settings (mist to stream). This is a lightweight and an easy-to-use product. This product is sometimes white and sometimes yellow, depending on what we have in stock.

Years ago, I worked for Orkin and we had professional sprayers. The Chapin sprayer is very close in performance. It is effortless to use and had good pressure.

It's amazing how easy this is to use compared to hand pump bottles. The pressure lasts a long time before you have to pump some more in so the spray job goes very quickly. Nice, even spray pattern too, and it's adjustable.

One gallon sprayer seems small but adequate when considering my daughter will be carrying it. I visited her to set it up and use it last weekend. It performed much better than I expected because the spray pattern can be adjusted to shoot 2-feet in wide angle for ants or 25-feet in straight line against wasps. NC wasps didn't have a chance and the fire ants are gone. I highly recommend it.

So far it’s working great. I wish it had a strap for carrying… but for the price, I'll carry one gallon around in my hand.
(5/5) Review by Tim (Posted on )I purchased Chapin gallon sprayer to use it with demand cs. I wasn't expecting anything high-quality because its quite cheap compared to other sprays. When I received it, I was surprised by the quality of this product. I didnt see any cracks or leaks. Also, the nozzle on this spray is adjustable so I was able to spray demand cs on hard-to-reach spots like under a refrigerator. I vouch for this product and its hard to beat this price. Its very durable and serves its purpose. Why pay more for other sprays?
(5/5) Review by Jerry (Posted on )I would suggest Chapin 1 Gallon Sprayer with any other fluid liquid chemicals. It was easy to carry around and was easy to spray on, it aimed where I wanted to be. For the cheap price, it was excellent quality.

It aims pretty well and I'd say the price is a great deal! Pest Mall does a great job giving the public deals that we need!

How to lock the equipment after pumping enough pressure?
A. You should push Chapin 1 Gallon Pump Sprayer
handle, down, turn 1/4 turn clockwise to lock. Begin spraying. Re-pump sprayer as required to maintain spray force.

How should I use this equipment to last longer?
A.
You should rinse tank thoroughly with water only, empty, refill with water and follow filling, pressurizing and spraying instructions, except pump unit only 8-10 strokes.
Open shut-off and allow water to run through discharge assembly. Release pressure; remove pump and empty sprayer accordingly as stated in the product label.
Store sprayer tank upside down, with pump removed, in a warm dry location. Please refer to Chapin 1 Gallon Pump Sprayer product label in order for the equipment to last longer.

Q. Chapin Sprayer
How should I fill the Chapin sprayer?
A. First, turn pump handle of Chapin 1 Gallon Pump Sprayer counterclockwise and remove pump and prepare spray solution following all directions and safety warnings on chemical label. Then fill tank to no more than the proper gallon marker. Do not overfill to accommodate pump. Finally, check pump to make sure that no grass or dirt is stuck to barrel. Replace pump in tank and tighten securely.
