Cypermethrin

A.   Cypermethrin is an active ingredient that is used in Cyper WP, Demon WP, and Cynoff WP. Of all of these, Cyper WP is a generic and Demon and Cynoff are originals. The generic and the originals are not different in the way they work or the active ingredient that is used to make them. The only slight difference is the inert ingredients that are used to make the product. Therefore, the generic is as effective as the original; however, some people prefer to stick to the originals.

A.   Research has proven that almost any active ingredient that ends with -thrin such as cypermethrin and Deltamethrin will be effective against stink bugs. We usually recommend products with a Deltamethrin or a Bifenthrin active ingredient like Talstar Pro or Suspend SC; however, Cypermethrin will also be effective against stink bugs.
