Gentrol IGR Liquid Concentrate - 1 pint

Directions for Use
Dilute 1 ounce of Gentrol IGR to 1 gallon of water. Fill applicator tanks 1/2 full of water before adding the product. Add the remaining volume of water and agitate the solution to ensure an even mixture. Gentrol may be tank mixed with compatible adulticides unless prohibited by the product label. Apply using spray or fogging equipment as a general surface, spot or crack and crevice spray. Apply solutions to treatment areas at the rate of 1 gallon per 1,500 square feet. For fogging applications apply at the rate of 1 ounce of Gentrol per 15,000 square feet. Treat infested areas, cracks, crevices, voids, baseboards, cabinets, furniture, breeding sites, hidings spots and other areas providing harborage to insects. Please refer to the product label for directions on how to conduct treatments in specific areas.

Gentrol IGR is for use in and around homes, apartments, bakeries, bottling facilities, breweries, cafeterias, grocery stores, hospitals, hotels, offices, kitchens, laboratories, manufacturing plants, restaurants, schools, stores, warehouses and other residential, commercial, institutional and industrial buildings and their immediate surroundings.

MIXED GENTROL(1.0 OZ/GAL) WITH CYONARA 9.7(0.5 OZ /GAL)
SPRAYED ALL 4 INFESTED UNITS IN A QUAD CONCENTRATING ON AND AROUND THE BED,HEAD BOARDS,BED FRAMES,BOX SPRINGS(IN AND OUT), BASE BOARDS AND WALLS AROUND BEDS. SPRAYED ABOUT 1.0 GAL PER UNIT. IT'S BEEN 9 WEEKS AND NO BEDBUG OR ROACH COMPLAINTS SO FAR.
IF NOT FOR THESE REVIEWS I WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY WHO KNOWS HOW MUCH FOR AN EXTERMINATOR. I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO TENT THE BUILDING(HOW LONG WOULD THAT LAST?). THIS COST ME ABOUT $120 AND I HAVE ABOUT 90% LEFT.
I PURCHASED THIS COMBINATION OF PRODUCTS SO I COULD USE THE REMAINDER FOR ROUTINE SPRAYING BECAUSE THEY ARE ALSO RECOMENDED FOR GERMAM ROACHES.

The product worked amazing! I have rental property and when the tenants left, the place was infested with roaches, but after one application of gentrol, in three days the roach problem was gone. Very good product.

But Gentrol IGR Liquid Concentrate was really good. It stopped the infestation at my home from growing and then I could kill it myself.

I am really thankful to Gentrol Liquid Concentrate for saving me the trouble of having o call an exterminator and also having to go through several expensive treatments.

It can be used along with insecticides for getting rid of them and also to stop them from returning. It makes sure that the pests can’ infest the house largely. I used it along with the insecticide my sister suggested and I was and am really very happy with Gentrol Liquid Concentrate.

Q. how to get rid of drain flies
How often should I apply Gentrol IGR in treating drain flies?
A. To get rid of Drain Flies, You will need to repeat applications at 2 to 4 week intervals depending upon the severity of infestation as stated in the product label. However, Gentrol Igr Liquid Concentrate will give you a residual of 2-3 months.

Thanks for the quick response to the questions above. I just mixed 0.4 fl. oz of the Cyonara to a gallon of water. Can I just add the Gentrol IGR so I can do everything in one treatment?
A. You can mix the Gentrol IGR Concentrate and the solution of Cyonara and water that you already have. Just remember that the residual times for Cyonara and the Gentrol IGR Concentrate are different. Please refer to the product labels of both the Gentrol IGR and the Cyonara to apply at the appropriate time frames.

Do I need to mix Gentrol IGR Concentrate with water?
A. Yes, you should mix Gentrol Igr Liquid Concentrate with water and apply with a spray or hand application equipment, such as hand-pressurized or power-operated sprayers capable of delivering general surface, fogging (space spray/mist), spot, crack and crevice spray applications, or with a paint brush, roller, or similar device.

Is this product applicable in food handling area?
A. Yes; this Gentrol Igr Liquid Concentrate is applicable in food handling area. however, Gentrol IGR must be applied in a way where direct contact with footstuff is not anticipated. Apply this under stinks, appliances, on pipes, along the baseboards, and etc.

Q. diluting solutions
I want to know if the remaining diluted solution can be use in the next day.
A. You can use the diluted solution within 48 hours of mixing as stated in the Gentrol Igr Liquid Concentrate product label.

Q. Use of Gentrol
I was wondering if the Gentrol would be safe to mix with the demon WP powder and if so how would you mix it. The label on the Demon does not say what is safe and what is not.
A. Yes, It is fine to mix the Gentrol IGR and Demon WP in the same gallon of water. To mix the two products, use a gallon sprayer and in the gallon of water, add 1 ounce of Gentrol IGR and 9.5 grams of Demon WP. If you are using a larger sprayer, dilute both products accordingly with the ratio of 1 ounce per gallon of water for Gentrol IGR and 9.5 grams of Demon WP per gallon of water. For higher or lower concentrates, please refer to the product label of both products.

Q. If I purchase Gentrol IGR for bedbugs, what will it do to help the infestation?
A. The Gentrol IGR Concentrate will alter their reproductive systems to prevent them from further being able to reproduce which ultimately leaves only the existing infestation.

Q. Gentrol and Dupont Advion use
Hi. When using the Gentrol stations, do I have to place two in each room if the room has a closet? I live in a one bedroom apt that has another unit below me. The rooms aren't big. Also, when placing the stations in the kitchen, do I have to place one in each drawer and cabinet? And how many tubes of dupont advion are usually required for a semi-heavily infested one bedroom apartment? Thanks in advance. And by the way, I love the major decrease in activity since applying the dupont gel bait a few days ago.
A. 1 Gentrol Point Source station will treat up to 75 sq. ft. so I do not think it is necessary to use one in each cabinet and drawer of your kitchen. You may want to use one in the closet and a separate one in the bedroom. In regards to the Dupont Advion gel, it will depend on if it is for roaches. Since you are asking about the Gentrol Point Sources, I will assume you are targeting roaches. For roach control with the Dupont Advion gel bait, about 0.5g (about the size of a pea) is squeezed out 3-4 times per 10 linear feet. This is about a 1ft. to 1.5ft apart. You want to target corners or where the vertical and horizontal surfaces meet of a given area whether it is under the cabinet, under the sink, on the window sill, behind the toilet and etc. About 1 syringe is used per standard room so it may take about 2-3 syringes for your apartment (including your bathroom).

A. Gentrol IGR Concentrate lasts for up to 4 months, so after about 4 months, you should reapply the Gentrol IGR Concentrate.
