Placing products in Shopping Cart and Checkout Process
Simply click on the "ADD TO CART" button on the product to purchase. Your shopping cart will be automatically updated with the product you selected and the sales total.

Shipping guide

PestMall.com makes every effort to ship orders as soon as they are received.
Shipping Days Regular ground shipping usually take 3 to 7 business days to receive, depending on the destination.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends & Holidays.
Most orders leave our warehouse within one business day after you place your order. As soon as it ships, we will email you the shipping details, including a tracking number.
Due to the high demand of some products and / or backorder issues with our local distributors, we may not have your entire order available for immediate shipment.

PestMall.com ships using UPS or USPS. We provide your order status or you can check your order. Simply enter the tracking Number and click the "Track My Order" button.

Free Shipping on all orders in the USA Terms & Conditions
Free shipping is via USPS or UPS for all orders in the USA. Our Free Shipping applies only to the
lower 48 united states. (Except the states of Alaska and Hawaii).

Shipping to the US Territories Orders
PestMall com. provides free shipping (over $25.00) on all orders within the USA. (Except the states of Alaska and Hawaii).
For orders under $25.00. We will Charge shipping fee. and will be shipped either USPS mail or UPS regular ground from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA.
All orders shipped to any Georgia address will be charged 7% sales tax.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories will be charged additional shipping fees based on destination, size and weight.
Furthermore, there may be some orders we will not be able to ship because of distance or cost.
Additional charges apply if you desire express delivery.

International Shipping guide
PestMall.com will ship products anywhere in the world! (See restrictions below). We accept your credit card.
If you have any questions regarding payment & shipping for international orders, please E-mail us.
International Shipping fees based on destination, size and weight.
International Shipping restriction
1. You are responsible for any duties or taxes and customs restrictions outside the United States. Please check with your customs office if you have any questions.
2. If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund.
3. You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package plus a international processing fee. Prepayment by credit card is needed.

Shipping Policy
PestMall.com adheres to any and all state shipping restrictions.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
All aerosol cans and some live traps must be shipped by Ground only.
Some insecticide concentrates cannot be shipped to New York, Connecticut, California, Vermont, or outside the lower
48 United States. If a product cannot be sold in a particular state then you will be informed of the restriction on the
product's information page. PestMall.com will adhere to any and all state shipping restrictions.
All aerosol cans must be shipped by UPS Ground. they cannot be shipped by US mail or UPS Air.

Returns:

Yes, at PESTMALL.com we do accept returns, on unused and unopened items. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date.

When returning items at PESTMALL.com we will only charge for all cost of shipping. As only as the item remains in the same condition, the original package container, documentation there should be no problems. The only time we will not accept returns is when the item is damaged or defaced. The item then will be returned back to the buyer and he or she is responsible for all charges. Even if the item is reject we hold the rights to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.

WHEN MAKING A RETURN:

First, contact us via email (info@pestmall.com) or via phone (Toll Free 1-877-331-3374) and notify us of the situation. When making a return please have the order or invoice number and please state the reason for return. Some exceptions may be made for defected items.

Second, if via email you will receive detail information on how to the item, via phone the customer representative will give you detail information as well.

Third, the return shipping is your responsibility. We do ask that for your protect and safety that you use a carrier that is traceable. Once the item returns to our store we will examine the item and refund all funds after the original shipping cost is deducted. We will send you a notification once the refund has been made via email or phone, the process will take from 1-2 business days for the transaction to appear and longer during holidays.

Cancellation of Order
Orders cannot be canceled once the checkout process has been completed.
