We hope that all of our customers enjoys their experience and find the right products at Pestmall.com. We have organized some steps together to make shopping and finding items easier.

What do I need?


Finding the right item can be difficult with hundreds of items to choose from. On our site you will be able to search for products according to the target pest. All the pests divided into different categories with short descriptions and control products at the bottom. If you already know which product it is that you want, simply enter it into the search bar.
If you have difficulties finding a product then feel free to email us (info@pestmall.com) or call us at 1-800-788-4142. We have Pest Control Professionals standing by to help you find almost anything you need. We try to reply within the same day within our business hours Mon – Sat 10:00am – 7:00 pm EST.
If the product you are looking for is not listed we will check and get back to you, we have access to most of the pest control products available today.

Checkout


We offer two different checkout methods, by adding it to our shopping cart or by using google checkout. You can continue to add the items you need into your cart.

When ordering more than one of the same product simply go to your view cart and change the order qty and the prices will be adjusted for you.

After your done choosing right products make sure everything is the right size and the qty you need, then CHECKOUT.

After clicking the checkout the next step is the customer information and payment selection. The merchant service provider we use is PAYPAL. Even if you do not choose PAYPAL as a method of payment it will process through Paypal. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover). Our site is secured with McAfee and runs our transactions through one of the most trusted merchant services.

Shipping Method


The free shipping method offered by the website means that your package can either be sent through UPS or USPS depending on the product itself. The Free Shipping offer is only to the lower 48 states, any international shipping please email or call us for extra charges. We also offer the choice to expedite your shipping method to one of the UPS shipping options.

If your package is shipped out via UPS you will receive your tracking via email once your package has been picked up.

Payment


If any of the information pending or declined we will call you directly to confirm this matter. To protect our customers against fraudulent transactions we ask that you make sure the bill address matches the one in your bank account. We do not take any responsibilities on

Confirmation


Once the order is confirmed you will receive an email immediately. The email will include your order number, confirmation of the order and one more chance to double check your shipping and bill address.

Even after your order has been confirmed there is a possibility that your credit card could be declined. In this case please contact us right away via email at info@pestmall.com or phone at 1-800-788-4142.

Cancelation


Once the order has been completed you cannot canceled. We try our best process your orders as soon as we can. Once the order is complete it is sent to the warehouse to ship out right away therefore there is no way for us to track the package anymore.

Shipping


We try our best to ship out orders as soon as they come in. In most cases orders place before 12 pm EST are shipped out the same day. If your package is not shipped out the same day it will ship within one business day unless it’s Saturday or Sunday, in that case it will ship out the following Monday.

With all of products we list either where the product is registered or not for sale to. Please keep in mind that we do our best here at Pestmall.com to adhere to these rules and regulations.
All aerosol can orders can only be shipped by UPS Ground. It is against all shipping company policy to ship these types of products by AIR.

Wrong Address Shipping


If the address you have entered is incorrect there is a $10 Fee that is charged by the shipping carrier. This fee is to locate and re route your package and also a fee that will be passed on to you.
In a case where the product is shipped to a different address and cannot be redirected we will have to charge you again for the full order amount. There are no refunds issued for address mistakes that are out of control.


Return


When either the package is refused or returned to use we have the initial shipping cost is recharged. If by your mistake the package is returned to our warehouse we will contact you verbally. When the order is decided to be shipped back to the customer we will have to charge you for the return shipping cost and reshipping fee.

Yes, at PESTMALL.com we do accept returns, on unused and unopened items. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date.

When returning items at PESTMALL.com we will deduct the initial shipping charge from the total. On returns that are not defected but just of dislike.  As only as the item remains in the same condition, the original package container and documentation there should be no problems. The only time we will not accept returns is when the item is damaged or defaced. Any item that is stated to be defected will be examined at our warehouse, if we find this to be false than the refund will not be accepted. The item then will be returned back to the buyer and he or she is responsible for all charges. Even if the item is reject we hold the rights to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.

First, contact us via email (info@pestmall.com) or via phone (Toll Free 1-800-788-4142) and notify us of the situation. When making a return please have the order or invoice number and please state the reason for return. Some exceptions may be made for defected items.

Second, if via email you will receive detail information on how to the item, via phone the customer representative will give you detail information as well.

Third, the return shipping is your responsibility. We do ask that for your protect and safety that you use a carrier that is traceable. Once the item returns to our store we will examine the item and refund all funds after the original shipping cost is deducted. We will send you a notification once the refund has been made via email or phone, the process will take from 1-2 business days for the transaction to appear and longer during holidays.
