How to Get Rid...

They are not the best of house guests. They can easily make their way into your home, its the removing part that can be quite difficult. They are known to invade attics, basements, lawns, and gardens. The main reason for their intrusive invasions are due to attractants such as food, garbage, and clutter from both inside and outside of homes. Especially mice are found in homes more often during the cold winter months. However, recently with temperatures rising, they are resurfacing and invading homes to stay cool.

When inside, they can become a nuisance causing all sorts of damage and in some cases, even spread illnesses. This problem isn't just a problem -- it's a war on everything that you may hold dear. These crafty creatures are smart and they're out for your food, instantaneously tainting your resources the moment they've made themselves apparent. It is crucial that a person handles the problem in the best way possible, using only effective measures in pest control, as there are many products on the market that will not get the job done.

Rodent Killer Traps

One of the best ways to control your infestation is to use professional baits. There are variety of baits to choose from. From pellets to block shaped baits, we are sure that we carry what you need in order for you to get rid of your animal problem.

  • Pellet Baits
Traditional single-feed effective treatment that can be used in any area.
  • Block Baits
Pellets are great but blocks are even better. Rats most often prefer block baits.
  • Rat & Mouse Traps
From snap traps to humane traps, traditional traps are effective for animal removal.
  • Rat Repellents
Used to keep areas rodent free without the use of poisons and traps.
  • Glue Traps
Glue traps (aka glue boards) are safe and they are recommended when in need of indoor solution.
  • Bait Stations
Rodent bait stations are devices that keep rodenticides out of reach for children and untargetted animals.

Q. squirrel/chipmunks in ceiling crawl space
Please make suggestions for ridding us of romping noises above our heads!
A.   we recommend our Live Animal Trap (Squirrels, Chipmunks and Rats) - Small. But it is difficult to identify a pest based on noises. We recommend that you look for other detailed signs like signs of damage, feces that are left behind, grease trails (rats and mice will leave grease trails from using one path of travel too frequently) and etc. Or you may want to consider receiving a professional inspection and then contacting us for the best methods. If you have any further questions or comments, please feel free to contact us again.

Q. rat hole in the wall
I recently moved in a new home, and it has built in radiators in the wall. I would like to close up the holes, since it does not have a cover. I am looking for a metal sheet with small holes int them that can be cut and glued on to cover these big holes. do you sell them?
A.

The only thing I can think of would be the copper mesh used as a barrier from them.

If that is not what you had in mind, I don't think we have what you are looking for. If I can assist you with anything else, please let me know. Thank you.

Q. Mice/rats or squirrels problem in my car.
TMI for a blonde girl! :) We are regular customers, we purchase the silver fish products. We live outside of San Diego, California about 30 miles in the mountains, rural. We have been have problems with (I don't know what type of mice/rats or squirrels they are) of getting under our hoods of our vehicles at night to stay warm. They have been causing extensive and costly damages under the hood, chewing wires, and other parts they can chew. What would be your recommendation to place in a piece of nylon pantiehose to keep them OUT or if they chew on the pantihose to KILL them. We love all the critters, althought this has cost us alot of money to fix our vehicles. If you could be as specific as possible, I would greatfully appreciate it. Thank you so very much for your kindness.
A.

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, we will not be able to recommend anything to put inside your car.

However, we think that the most effective way to target them is to bait them before they get in the car by using a bait station and rodenticide under your car every night or traps like glue traps and snap traps under your car.

Their are unable to jump and the only way they can access your car is by crawling. Therefore, using access areas like the tires are the key places to put these traps or baits.

If you leave your car inside, then mechanical adjustments must be made so that they can't access your car other than the tires.
