Directions for Use

Each bait block in this container weighs approximately one ounce.

RATS: Place 3 to 16 CONTRAC BLOX (usually at intervals of 15 to 30 feet) per placement. Maintain an uninterrupted supply of fresh bait for at least 10 days or until signs of rat activity cease.

MICE: Place 1 block per placement. Space placements at 8- to 12- foot intervals. Two CONTRAC BLOX may be needed at points of very high mouse activity. Maintain an uninterrupted supply of fresh bait for at least 15 days or until signs of mouse activity cease.

RATS AND MICE: Replace contaminated or spoiled bait immediately. Collect and dispose of all dead animals and leftover bait properly. To prevent reinfestation, limit sources of rodent food, water, and harborage as much as possible. If reinfestation does occur, repeat treatment. Where a continuous source of infestation is present, establish permanent bait stations and replenish as needed.

This economical bait is manufactured in a multi-edged, scored cake that can be broken into 4-oz. and 1-oz. blocks for rat or mouse placements. Use it indoors and out in bait stations placed around structures and along rodent runways.

CONTRAC, a single-feeding anticoagulant bait containing Bromadiolone, is excellent for controlling mice and rats, including Norway rats. It is ideal to use as a clean-out and maintenance bait.

Contrac All-Weather Cake is manufactured in a multi-edged, scored cake that can be broken into 4 oz. and 1 oz. blocks for rat or mouse placements. For burrows: Insert one or two blocks deep into each active burrow. Check treated burrows each morning and evening to make sure that bait has not been pushed out of burrows.

For sewer applications: Securely attach one end of a wire to bait blocks and the other end to a stationary structure, such as the bottom step of manhole ladder or to a sewer grate, allowing just enough wire for bait to rest on manhole benching. If benching is not present, suspend bait a few inches above the high water line or place bait on a board supported by opposing steps of the ladder. Securing bait in this manner will minimize chances for removal by rats or water. Place at least 15 bait blocks per manhole .

Follow-up: Replace contaminated or spoiled bait immediately. Collect and dispose of all visible dead animals and leftover bait properly. To discourage reinfestation, limit sources of rodent food, water and harborage as much as possible. If reinfestation occurs, repeat treatment. Product Description

Talon G is a pellet bait for rodents. Most of the time rodents consume a lethal dose through one feed and you will be able to see dead rodents in the first week. It is recommend to use the bait with tamper resistant bait stations, mainly for children and pet safety. Talon G is more of a commercial use bait then residence.

Apply Talon G in locations out of reach of children, pets, domestic animals, and non target wildlife, or in tamper - resistant bait stations. These stations must be resistant to destruction by dogs and by children under 6 years of age, and must be used in a manner that prevents such children from reaching into bait compartments and obtaining bait. If Talon G can be shaken from stations when they are lifted, units must be secured or otherwise immobilized. Even stronger bait stations are needed in areas open to hoofed livestock, raccoons, bears, or other potentially destructive animals, or in areas prone to vandalism.

Dispose of product container, and unused, spoiled, and unconsumed bait as specified on this label.
