Rodent Proofing Copper Mesh is a copper wire mesh designed to prevent insects, rodents and other small mammals from entering structures. Made from high-quality copper, Rodent Proofing Copper Mesh last longer and is more durable than steel screens.

Rodent Proofing Copper Mesh - 20 ft. Roll

Rodent Proofing Copper Mesh is an access control device for preventing rodents, birds and insects from entering into holes in structures. Rodent Proofing Copper Mesh is made from woven copper wires. This makes the product more durable and corrosion-resistant than steel wool or mesh.

Why Should You Use?

Using copper meshes to control animals is more humane than poisoned baits or mechanical traps.

Target Pest(s): Rodents, Birds, Insects and other wildlife
Width: 6 inches
Length: 20 feet

Directions for Use

Cut to size using scissors or any cutting tool. Seal off holes either by stuffing the wire mesh inside cracks and crevices or by covering the holes over. Plug small holes with compressed copper mesh, making sure it fits snugly inside the void. For larger holes, lay out the copper mesh and secure the ends with glue, staples, nails or any fastener capable of keeping the screen taut in place.

Where to Apply

Use Rodent Proofing Copper Mesh to seal entry holes in residential, commercial and industrial buildings.

Theres this mice in my house who keeps out smarting me.. it's ridiculous. when i place traps it walks around the traps instead of through it and it even made a hole in my closet wall. i'm guessing thats where it lives... so when i first closed up the hole with cement the thing made another hole right by it. Yes it's driving me nuts... so i just covered it up with this stuff it copper wire mesh after i did some research and it seems to be working?

Q. is this mesh practical for barricading around a basement wall under the rafters ? or is it more for smaller holes here and there ?
I'm insulating a 12x12 foot section of my basement and need to mouse proof above the cement basement wall before I insulate that part. thanks in advance.... Annette
A.   Yes, you can use Rodent Proofing Copper Mesh to barricade from rodents. Although it is effective to stuff in small holes, it is also effective to use to "fence" or "barricade" larger areas.

Q. Rats enter compressor unit of air conditioner.
Rats enter compressor unit of air conditioner. There are small holes in the bottom of the unit. Can the rodent Stuf-Fit Copper mesh be used without glue?
A.   You can place a small amount of the copper mesh in seal weepholes, vents, A/C pipe entrances, and holes smaller than 2 inches to keep the rodents out. However if the opening is larger than 2 inches proper repair with building materials is recommended. It is also recommended that Stuf-Fit copper mesh be tacked, stapled, or glued on to surfaces.
