TALPIRID KILL MOLES BAIT - 1 Box / 20 Baits
Talpirid Mole Bait is revolutionary mole control product developed by the rodenticide experts at Bell Laboratories. Talpirid mimics a mole's natural food source: earthworms. Talpirid comes in earthworm-shaped baits that are very similar to the real thing. The baits are packed with lethal doses of a powerful rodenticide known as Bromethalin. In just 24 hours, nuisance moles die on their tunnels.

Directions for Use
Look for signs of mole activity in lawns. Monitor active holes and place markers on top. Be careful not to crush the tunnels. If mole activity is evident, create small new holes 1 to 3 feet on each side of assessment holes. Using rigid rods, probe into the soil to locate tunnels and create a hole to drop the bait in. Soil resistance decreases when a runway is hit. Place one bait worm on each hole and make sure that the baits are completely inside the tunnel. Cover the holes with soil. After 48 to 72 hours, check the assessment holes for bait consumption. Re-bait if necessary. Carefully read the product label for effective use of this product.
Where to Apply
Talpirid controls moles in lawns, athletic fields, landscaped areas, golf courses, parks, ornamental gardens, nurseries and non-crop grassy areas.

My neighbor was overrun by moles, I gave him Talpirid and wella no moles in just 4 days. It works as advertised but you must follow the directions and you will do just fine.

Even with heavy activity in my back yard, I can greatly slow or stop them dead with Taliprid baits. Taliprid works.
Now, if only I could get my neighbors to do the same!
If not, maybe the word will get around in Moledom that to venture into my yard is a one way trip.

This is one of the few things that work on moles, and I've tried them all. I use nitrile gloves when handling them. One thing not to do is order them in the summer and let them sit in your mailbox on a hot day. They will melt. If they are sitting flat and upright it might not be a problem.

(5/5) Review by JUSTIN (Posted on )I have finally found a product that will control the moles. Just follow the TALPIRID KILL MOLES BAIT instructions on the package and the moles are eliminated. When a mole tries to move in from a neighboring yard I put the bait down immediately before they get to many tunnels dug. Works every time. I do hope Talpirid comes down in price because I have 'several' acres I would like to control the moles on but I will stick to our large yard until the price is lower.

They'd showed no interest in digging for the moles. The Talpirid evidently did not attract them either. I watched them carefully for the first week or so to be sure.

Q. What is the shelf life of Talpirid mole bait?
I would like to purchase a larger quantity of Talpirid mole bait but I am concerned about the effectiveness of the bait if stored through the winter. Is it possible to refrigerate or freeze the mole bait to extend it's shelf life?

A. Bell Labs has stated that the shelf life is 1 year if it is kept in a cool dry place and laying flat. It is not necessary to refrigerate it and they do not recommend that you freeze the product.

Shelf life of your Talpirid? Can you ship it into NC?
A. The shelf life of TALPIRID KILL MOLES BAITS are about 1-2 years but they must be kept in a cool place because they can melt from warm temperatures. However, they are not registered in NC and we will not be able to ship this product to that state.

What is the best time of year to use the Talpirid worms?
A. TALPIRID KILL MOLES BAIT WORMS mimic the mole's actual food source. There is no definitive answer that we can give you for the best time to apply the worm baits since you are placing the bait worms in active tunnels. When you find an active mole tunnel, you will want to use the worms. For storage though, Talpirid mole baits can lose their shape if they are stored in areas that get too hot. Store in a cool, dry place with the box in a flat position so that the worms will not melt or lose its form.

Thank you for contacting us with your question. Talprid mole bait is a type of stomach poison so we do not advise that you use the mole baits if you have dogs that are outdoors in your yard.

Q. Talprid mole bait
My question is about the Talpirid which kills moles. Is this the peanut butter like trap that is placed into the tunnel to kill moles.
A. The Talprid mole baits are worm shaped baits that you stick in to the mole holes. I am not quite sure that moles are attracted to peanut butter. Usually its rats, mice, and squirrels that are attracted to peanut butter. Moles like protein based foods.

Q. Talpirid worms bait
If we order 2 boxes of Talpirid, 20 worms each, what would the
shipping charges be, and would there be a chance of them
melting or be affected because of the summer heat. We live in
the NW which is not the problem with heat, but, between Georgia
and here they sure are having some hot weather. One more
question, if we don't use all of them this year, would they last for
a year or two? We paid a pest control man to come out 3 times
to bait our yard, and I think a few of them are gone, but, I still
get at least 3 new hills daily. I can't take it!!! thanks.
A. We have free shipping for all our items at the current time. There is a chance though, they they will melt. It is advised that the worms are kept in a cool, dry place in the upright position. The shelf life is about 1 year.

Hi, once the Talpirid Mole Baits package is open do you have to use all the mole bait?
A. No, as long as it is kept in a cool, dry place and sealed in the bag in the upright position, the shelf life is about 1 year.
