Ideal for quarterly service programs, Talstar achieves residual control equivalent to traditional liquid concentrates, providing up to three months of protection. With the addition of prallethrin (ETOC), Talstar also delivers impressive speed and knockdown.
Talstar controls over 50 indoor and outdoor pests, including ants, bed bugs, cockroaches, spiders, and termites. An extremely versatile product, Talstar can be used in homes, businesses and even within food areas and non-food areas of food handling establishments. And with its non-flammable, water-based formulation, you can apply Talstar to a variety of surfaces without having to worry about leaving a messy, oily-residue behind.
Talstar insecticide is available in a 16-ounce aerosol can and comes with a crack-and-crevice application straw. It is also compatible with the Whitmire Micro-Gen's System III.

I bought two cans to battle carpet beetle larva and have used only one can so far. It seems to work as described but I'm only a couple weeks into the first spraying of it so the long term aspect has yet to be seen.
One negative point I can state regarding one can of the two, the spray nozzle allows product to drizzle out from where the spray button contacts the can and where the extension tube meets the spray button (very messy). The other can seems to work properly based on a short test I did to see if it leaked product as well. I will switch spray buttons on the next application.

Q. can you sleep after applying the same day
Bed bugs
A. As long as the treatment has completely dried, it is safe to reenter. We would like to inform you though, this Talstar pesticide aerosol product is not labeled as a broadcast application on furniture. It is meant to be sprayed on just the frame of the furniture and other cracks and crevices. If you have any further questions or comments, please feel free to contact us again.

Q. can you spray directly on dogs and cats for fleas?
A. Talstar Aerosol cannot be applied directly on dogs and cats. The only product that we have that can be applied directly onto cats and fleas is Petcor. Please thoroughly read the product label before applying Petcor.
