Tempo SC Ultra Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
Tempo SC Ultra - 8 oz.
Tempo SC Ultra is an odor less and stainless product. Tempo SC is concentrated formula that is mixed with water before using. Tempo SC Ultra is used both indoors and outdoors. One bottle of Tempo Ultra makes up to 30 gallons. When using this product we recommend that you use a pest control product tool such as Chapin Premier 1 or 2 Gallon sprayer.

Application with Tempo SC Ultra
Apply where pests have been seen or found, or can find shelter (in and around buildings and structures, on residental, commercial and recreational areas of turf, on ornamentals in landscapes and interior plantscapes). Makes up to 30 gallons of finished spay solution for indoors. Treats up to 30,000 sq ft. outdoors. Mix the appropriate amount of Tempo SC with water. May tank mix with other pesticides currently registered for similar uses. Reapply every 7 to 10 days, if needed. For turf, reapply if needed, but not more than 6 times per year.

I have a terrible infestation of grasshoppers of biblical proportions - about 10 grasshoppers per square foot in my yard, shrubs, fllower beds, everywhere. My home is in a rural area surrounded by pastures and crop land so the grasshoppers come in waves migrating in from the surrounding fields. Tempo SC is the only insecticide I have found that is effective because it not only quickly kills the grasshoppers hit by contact but also the residual action kills new migrants for two or three weeks. I mixed it at just 4 ml per gallon which is lower than the label recommends and it works great. Highly recommended!

Works very well, doesn't have an odor and doesn't stain either. Can be used indoors or outdoors. Kills all insects. Does not harm plants. I've also used it on houseplant soil to kill fungus gnats as well. Mix on the weak side-I used half of what would normally be used. Water the plants with it and after about 2-3 watering cycles the fungus gnats will be gone. Never have found anything that works better for fungus gnats.

I call this stuff liquid death. Throw a little Roundup in with it and you have a spray that kills every living thing in your path.

I am a paranormal activities researcher. I am always traveling around and my home is empty for months at a time. This time when I returned I found that my own home resembled a vampire’s or haunted house. I cleaned the whole place but was unable to get rid of the pests and especially the spiders. I tried out Tempo SC Ultra Insecticide which seemed like a good product to me and cheap as well.

To my great surprise after applying it I found several cockroaches and firebrats. I was shocked that there were so many insets in my home that I didn’t even know about. Anyway, it is good that I bought Tempo SC Ultra since it got rid of the insects for me.

I am a cop and I have to spend a lot of time at the station. There was a severe ant infestation in my home. After working all day, when I would go home there would be ants in my bed! I couldn’t get enough sleep and as a result would get sleepy at work and the lieutenant would be angry with me. I needed an insecticide that would get rid of the ants as quickly as possible. And Tempo SC Ultra Insecticide did just that for me. Tempo SC Ultra Insecticide truly gets the work done. I highly recommend this to everyone.

When I first moved into my present home a year ago I had some cricket infestation in the house. The effects of Tempo SC Ultra Insecticide lasted me a little longer than 3 months which is a long time compared to the other insecticides.

Q. will this harm my chickens?
Hi I have a chicken farm and we are heavily infested with crickets. I was told that this would be a good spray to use for crickets but I need to know if this will harm my chickens. Please advise! Thanks!
A. Great question. This is actually a product many chicken farmers use for their Darkling Beetle treatment. Therefore you should have no problem with the treatment in your chicken farm. However you should keep the chickens out of the treated area until it has fully dried.

Q. Will this pest control kill scorpions
I have read the label & instructions, but the list of insects does not mention scorpions. My Feed Store owner recommended this product for scorpions
A. Yes, scorpions are on the product label. Use 8-16mL per 2 gallons of water (depending on the infestation).

Q. tempo pesticide
Hello. Is this safe to use in and around veg. gardens? if so, what is the waiting time before harvesting Vegs? Is it safe for indoor pets when used for spider and tick control inside the house? This has been highly reccomended to me for squash bugs control. Thanks!
A. This product is not safe to use around vegetable gardens, fruit trees, or any other edible plants. This is effective for indoor control of spiders and ticks and it is safe for reentry as long as the product has completely dried before any pets, children, and people come in contact with that treated area again.

Q. tempo insecticide
I have a problem with roaches and am currently using Tempo. My family and I purchased 6 bottles of Tempo last year from a local farm chemical supplier and your price is better than His. SoOOO I would like to buy from you to save money but you didnt answer my questions. I wanted to know which chemicals that you sell would be the best to kill roaches. Also which bait that you sell would be the best or most potent powerful to knock the crap out of roaches. I feel that my roaches have built up a tolerence to tempo. However I still want to buy some tempo for spiders, fleas, and mosquitos outside and in the basement spraying UNLESS you reccomend something better than Tempo. Thankyou for your time.
A. Not one product is stronger or better than another product. It really depends on where you use it. Outdoors, we recommend a capsulated suspension product like Lambdastar 9.7 because you will have a longer residual time. Indoors though, Tempo is a fine product to use as it is made with a Cyfluthrin active ingredient that is powerful against a lot of crawling insects. As for bait, the Dupont Advion Roach bait is very effective as well as Maxforce Magnum Roach bait.

Q. Will it kill Scabies mites and other mites
A. The only species of mites that are labeled on the product label of Tempo SC Ultra as a target pest is the clover mite. It is not a product we can recommend for other species.

I was wondering about purchasing Tempo SC Ultra product for private home use. what kind of restrictions are on this item for a non professional. I live in the state of VA. Thank you
A. Tempo SC Ultra is registered in VA so you, as a homeowner, can use Tempo SC Ultra. Always read the product label thoroughly before application. Also, you must allow the product to completely dry before you come in contact with the treated area. Q. Can you spray this on livingroom carpets?
A. You may spray the Tempo SC ultra onto carpets, but we recommend doing a perimeter/crack & crevice treatment instead of a broadcast treatment.

Q. Can i use this in my gas station?
Is this product safe to use where God products are stored? We have a pest control guy but he's diluting the product to the point that it's not effective. We're sick of wasting $50 every two weeks for this dude to not kill bugs.
A. The Tempo SC can be used as a general surface, spot, mist, or crack and crevice treatment in and around buildings and structures. This includes schools, factories, stores, warehouses, hospitals, food processing facilities, and modes of transport. When using the product there are two dilution rates you can use: 8ml/gal of water or 16ml/gal of water. The later being the stronger dilution rate. When pests are continually seen, you may apply this product every 7-10 days if needed.

Q. should you not apply if expecting rain
A. It is best to apply in dry weather and allow time for the product to completely dry so it can adhere to the surface.
