Trapper T-Rex Rat Traps-1 Trap
Trapper T- Rex Rat Traps are easy to use made out of plastic rat trap. Compared to other rat traps its easy and safe to use. Just simply place the trap along the wall or where the infestation is present. To dispose simply pinch the two end together and the rat will be released as well as the trap already being reset and ready to use.

TRAPPER Rat Trap is a spring-loaded trap that's easy and safe to use. A state-of-the-art mechanical trap, it sets with one hand in one easy motion -- as easy as opening a clothespin.
Use TRAPPER Snap Trap alone or in pairs with the opening toward the wall. Mice enter from either the front or sides. Place the trap along walls where mice travel, in cupboards or wherever mice are present. Disposal is also easy. Simply pinch the two ends together to release the mouse and the trap is automatically reset to be used over and over again.
We recommend this product to be used with Provoke Rat Attractant.

I am so thrilled to find something that is easy to set and use. It never fails. No rat escapes, and it looks like the operation creates a quick merciful kill. I set it in the basement and set up a reminder in my calendar to check the trap weekly. Thank you to the inventor/developer for this conTRAPtion!

When I used wooden traps more time than not the bait was gone and the trap was still set, but with T-Rex rat snap traps it’s a totally different story. If you hear a snap you got a rat.

Q. I have a rat in my home!
I purchased the T Rex Traps. Do I just bait the traps now and wait? How long will it take for me to catch one?
A. For a more efficient catch, there is a technique many professionals commonly use to catch the rats with the snap traps. For they are very careful with any new objects placed along their usual trails. It is recommended to first pre-place the traps to get the rats accustomed to the traps (placing the traps backwards against the wall). Afterwards you should bait the back of the trap without setting the traps for 3-7 days.
Once you start seeing activity with the baits slowly being consumed you can begin to set the traps and turn the traps around for the snapping portion to face against the wall. Place the same bait inside the set trap. The previous steps before setting the trap allowed the rats to get used to the traps so that you may be able to successfully catch the rats once the traps have actually been set.
How fast you may see results really depends upon how heavy the infestation is. When using traps it is also recommended that you place at least 2 along each run way.

Q. T REX RAT TRAP SAFE
I bought a few traps and put them to use with great results. I had rats inside my garage and the t-rex helped me eliminate the problem. I actually wanted to take it one step further and place traps around the outside of my house, but I'm concerned about killing other animals. Do you have any suggestions?
A.
I understand your concerns and logic behind using traps outside. The best way to accomplish this is to get a tamper resistant bait station/box made by the same company, Bell Laboratories.
Protecta Sidekick Rat Bait Station is an example of one that works with the Trapper T-Rex Rat Snap Trap. It was designed to work in conjunction with the Trapper T Rex Rat Trap.
When you open the station you will find a placement spot for the trap and rods for rodenticides giving you dual action control. the most important thing to keep in mind is always monitor your station on a regular basis.

Q. trex rat trap
My T-Rex Traps are here! I was looking at the traps and saw holes on the backside which gave me an Idea. Could those holes be for nails or wires?
A. Yes, the Trapper T-Rex Rat Snap Traps were designed knowing strategic placements of traps would be necessary.
I'm ready to use my t-rex traps, but had a question. Do I bait the traps before or after it's set?
NEVER bait the trap after its been set. The trap has a removable bait cup that can be withdrawn from the bottom. Once the bait is secured in place then set the trap.

Q. are there replacements parts
I lost 2 bait holders , can they be replaced. I put peanut butter in the little cups that attatch on the underside of the trap. I really don't want to throw out the traps.
A. I guess you don't necessarily need the bait holders. Theyre more for aesthetics, safety, and sanitation. But they really can't be replaced. So it's a little hard to say. If I'm picturing this correctly, and you are talking about the T-Rex Traps, then there should be a little hold on the bottom, I think. So using some sort of paper underneath to hold the bait and sliding or slipping the trap over the bait might work, or you might want to try making a makeshift foil tray? Just make sure that if you are using the traps, that you are aware that safety is the priority. If you cant make replacements without being safe, then I suggest you just replace the traps.
