Rats and Mice Bait / Poison

Contrac All-Weather Cake

Bell’s All-Weather CAKE, like All-Weather BLOX, is designed for high moisture conditions as it resists mold and rancidity. This economical bait is manufactured in a multi-edged, scored cake that can be broken into 4-oz. and 1-oz. blocks for rat or mouse placements. To ensure acceptability by rats and mice, only human food-grade inert materials and enhancers are used. Use it indoors and out in bait stations placed around structures and along rodent runways. Contrac All Weather Cake is single-feeding bait available in a weatherproof form. Its active ingredient, Bromadiolone, produces mortality in a single feeding, even in anticoagulant-resistant rodents.

Fastrac Blox Rat and Mice Poison - 1 PailFastrac Blox Rat and Mice Poison

APPLICATION DIRECTIONS:

(Qualifier statement for 10 x 0.53 oz. package: This package of 10 blocks contains enough bait (5.53 oz.) to kill five rats.)
Rats: Place 2 to 12 blocks per placement (usually at intervals of 15 to 30 feet). Adjust the amount of bait applied to the level of rat feeding expected at each bait placement.

For use in sewers, thread wire through block and securely attach to a stationary structure such as the bottom step of a manhole ladder or a sewer grate. Allow just enough wire for the block to rest on manhole benching. If benching is not present, suspend block a few inches above the high water mark or secure block on a board supported by opposing steps of the ladder. Securing block in this manner will prevent removal by rats or water. Use at least 15 blocks per manhole. Maintain an uninterrupted supply of fresh bait for at least 10 days or until signs of rat activity cease.

Mice: Use 1 bait block per placement. Space placements at intervals of 8 to 12 feet in infested areas. Larger placements, up to 2 blocks, may be needed at points of extremely high mouse activity.

Baiting Strategy: Highest bait consumption is expected to occur on the first day or two after treatment begins. After several days, inspect the placement and replenish bait at sites where there is evidence of heavy feeding or where there is continued evidence of rodent activity. Normally, the volume of bait consumed will be significantly less with bromethalin baits than with anticoagulant baits. Although one night’s feeding will usually provide a lethal dose, maintain bait for at least one week to provide all rodents a chance to feed on the bait. Continue baiting until all signs of feeding have ceased.

Fastrac Place Packs Pellets

Bell’s pellet bait is manufactured from an advanced formulation that produces a fresh tasting, highly compressed pellet, noted for outstanding palatability and a long shelf life. Pellets hold up well in adverse conditions, making them a popular choice in moist conditions. The hardness of the pellet also satisfies the rodent’s desire to gnaw. Rodents, however, can translocate pellets.

Pellet bait is packaged in bulk pails and in polyglassine place packs of various sizes that keep bait fresh and free from contaminating odors. Rodents open the place packs with their gnawing. The slender place packs can be used in bait stations along rodent runways and in hard-to-reach locations. Packs can be opened also and loose pellets poured down burrows.

SELECTION OF TREATMENT AREAS: Determine areas where rats or mice will most likely find and consume the bait. Generally, these are along walls, by gnawed openings, in or beside burrows, in corners and concealed places, between floors and walls, or in locations where rodents or their signs have been seen. Protect bait from rain or snow. Remove as much alternative food as possible.

Bell’s superior meal formulation is ideal to use if there is the possibility that rodents may transport bait to sensitive areas near food, children or pets. Meal baits, while the least weather able bait form, contain food-grade ingredients, seeds and grains which give rodents a variety of textures and flavors. Meal bait is available in slender place packs that keep bait fresh and free from dirt and contaminants.

CONTRAC is a single-feeding anticoagulant bait, in either pellet or meal form, with superior acceptance by rodents. CONTRAC contains the active ingredient Bromadiolone, which controls Warfarin-resistant rats.

Though rodents may consume a lethal dose in one feeding, bait shyness is not a problem because mortality occurs a few days after consumption. Also CONTRAC is less toxic to non-target animals in both primary and secondary poisoning situations than other single-feeding baits. An antidote, Vitamin K1, is readily available and there is a time factor for treatment.
CONTRAC Rodenticide is pellet bait made with an advanced formulation process that produces a fresher, better compressed pellet for improved weather ability. CONTRAC Rat and Mouse Bait is a meal bait with high rodent acceptance. Both forms are colored blue and authorized for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants.

LIQUA-TOX II can be dispensed in Bell’s tamper-resistant bait stations, chicken fonts or other receptacle away from pets and other non-target animals.

APPLICATION DIRECTIONS:

RATS: Provide a minimum of 1 pint (16 fluid ounces) of LIQUA-TOX II in each dispenser (suitably-equipped bait station, chick fount, or other suitable device). If infested area is large, or if rat population appears to be high, use dispensers at several locations. Space dispensers and refill them as needed to ensure that bait is exposed in all infested areas where it can be used without putting non target organisms at risk.

MICE: Provide 1/2-pint (8 fluid ounces) placements of LIQUA-TOX II in suitably-equipped bait stations, chick founts, or other appropriate vessels. Place dispensers at intervals of 8 – 12 feet in all infested areas where bait can be used without putting non target organisms at risk.

FOLLOW-UP: Replace contaminated or spoiled product immediately. Using gloves, collect and properly dispose of dead animals. Bait that is no longer needed. Continue treatments as long as target species are being controlled and non target species are not at risk.

Giant Destroyer

GIANT DESTROYER SMOKE BOMBS - PACK OF 4GIANT DESTROYER SMOKE BOMBS

Giant Destroyers are used to control small pest in the lawn. Simply find the hiding tunnel or entrance of the pest and place the Giant Destroyer down the tunnel and cover. This will kill your target pest, and you won’t have to worry about it destroying your lawn, plants and tress no more.
Giant Destroyer How to use directions:

  1. Find main runway and clear one opening for easy cartridge insertion. Make sure all other openings are sealed.
  2. Insert fuse firmly into cartridge end making sure to leave two inches of fuse exposed.
  3. Light fuse and insert cartridge into runway opening. Minimum burning time: 5seconds.
  4. When cartridge begins to smoke cover opening completely with dirt.

NORWAY RAT
Use only where burrows are isolated from homes, barns, and all other man-made structures. DO NOT USE inside buildings or anywhere where gasses could enter buildings. Collect plenty of dirt and other materials for closing burrow openings. Treat each burrow opening by lighting fuse and inserting cartridge fuse-end-first into the hole.(make sure hole is large enough for easy insertion before lighting fuse.) Cover hole immediately, taking care not to smother cartridge with loose dirt. Immediately cover all other openings from which gas escapes. Proceed to next closest burrow and treat as above.

FOR LARGE ANIMALS OR LONGER RUNWAYS, USE MORE THAN ONE CARTRIDGE WARNING:
Hazards to humans and domestic animals After ignition, cartridge produces oxide of sulfur gasses. Fumes may be harmful if inhaled. Use only inside of burrows, never inside of building.

Talon – G

Talon G is pellet bait for rodents. Most of the time rodents consume a lethal dose through one feed and you will be able to see dead rodents in the first week. It is recommended using the bait with tamper resistant bait stations, mainly for children and pet safety. Talon G is more of a commercial use bait then residence.

Talon-G Mini-Pellets Rodenticide - 140 of 25 grams
Talon-G Mini-Pellets Rodenticide

Directions:

Store product not in use in a location out of reach of children or pets.
Apply Talon G in locations out of reach of children, pets, domestic animals, and non target wildlife, or in tamper – resistant bait stations. These stations must be resistant to destruction by dogs and by children under 6 years of age, and must be used in a manner that prevents such children from reaching into bait compartments and obtaining bait. If Talon G can be shaken from stations when they are lifted, units must be secured or otherwise immobilized. Even stronger bait stations are needed in areas open to hoofed livestock, raccoons, bears, or other potentially destructive animals, or in areas prone to vandalism. Dispose of product container, and unused, spoiled, and unconsumed bait as specified on this label.

SELECTION OF TREATMENT AREAS:
Determine areas where rats and/ or mice will most likely find and consume the Talon G. Generally, these areas are along walls, by gnawed openings, ruin or beside burrows, in corners and concealed places, between floors and walls, or in locations where rodents or their signs have been observed. Remove as much food as possible.

APPLICATION DIRECTIONS:

Norway and Roof Rats: Apply 4-16 oz of Talon G (usually in intervals of 15-30 ft.) per placement. Maintain as uninterrupted supply of fresh bait for 10 days or until signs of rat activity cease.

House Mice: Apply 1/4 – 1/2 oz. of Talon G per placement. Space placements in intervals of 8-12 ft. Larger placements (up to 2 oz.) may be needed to points of very high mouse activity. Maintain an uninterrupted supply of fresh Talon G for 15 days or until signs of mouse activity cease.

Rats and Mice: Replace contaminated or spoiled Talon G immediately. Collect and dispose of all dead rodents and left over Talon G properly. To prevent reinfestation, limit source of rodent food, water, and harborage as much as possible. Where a continuous source of infestation is present, maintain permanent bait stations and replenish with census or toxic Talon G as needed.
