How to Get Rid of Scorpions

Scorpions have a long slender body with a tail that curves over the back. The Adult scorpion will be around 2-4′ long and it can either be yellow, blue, reddish brown, and black. Scorpions are usually active at night and eat a variety of insects, spiders, centipedes, and even other scorpions. Larger scorpions will feed on vertebrates but mainly insects, spiders, and CAN survive without eating for six months. Scorpions come into the home because it needs water and shelter.


Scorpions hide under stones, piles of rocks, cracks in masonry, wood piles, under bark of trees, attics, wall voids, crawl spaces, in air conditioner ducts, sinks, bathtubs, shoes, clothes hung on chairs, folded blankets, and any where else that is cool and dark.
