Q. Will it work well on ticks?
I've never tried Demon before, but have been hearing about it a lot lately. I've read several of the reviews about using it for roaches, but have yet to see anything concerning ticks or fleas. Those are my main problems, so I'm just wondering how effective Demon will be before I buy?
A.   Both ticks and fleas are on the product label for Demon WP so it will kill them on contact. If you are doing a perimeter spray, Demon WP will work fine. If you have a large yard and have to do a broadcast treatment, it may be easier to use a granule than a liquid spray. Granules will give you more coverage. Deltagard G Granules are what we recommend for tick and flea control.

Q. demon pesticide for termite
Is this product applicable on termite carton nests?
A.

According to the Demon WP label that termite carton nests in trees or building voids may be injected with 0.25-0.50% solution using a pointed injection tool.

Multiple injection points to varying depths may be necessary. It is desirable to physically remove carton nest material from building voids when such nests are found.

A.   It is a wet-able powder that is a essentially a dust formulation. If it is sealed and stored in a cool, dry place, the shelf life of Demon WP is indefinite. Once it is mixed though, you should use the entire solution within 24 hours.

A.   There is no difference between the content of the two. The red pack is the design for the old label. The newer one is blue, however, the product is exactly the same.

Q. Demon WP Insecticide for roach control
Hello, I bought some of this product from you a few weeks ago, and I have used it twice, and it has killed alot of roaches, but each time I spray, it seems to bring out more and more roaches(mostly little roaches), is that normal? And how often should I spray, or do you recommend something stronger? Thank you,
A.

Well, Demon WP Insecticide is not an attractant or a lure so it will not actually lure them out.

However, normally, you will see higher activity when they are disturbed. Since Demon WP has a delay kill effect, it may be that infected roaches that have come in contact with the poison are making it back in time and disturbing the nest in some way. Also, normally, roaches will not come out when there is light. That is typically why they will scatter when the light is turned on.

However, if they were to come in contact with this pesticide or any pesticide of its like, it interrupts their internal nervous system and they cannot differentiate such things as normal routines and etc. This may also be why you are seeing more of them than usual.

Treating for roaches will really depend on the type of species that you have infesting your home. Also, indoor and outdoor control will vary a little bit and some methods will be more effective than the other depending on location and species of the roaches.

However, we would like to assure you that Demon WP is by far one of the most powerful pesticides available for a broad spectrum of crawling insects.

It would not be normal if it didn't kill any pests at all. But if you are interested in other methods of kill, please feel free to contact us again.

Q. About a week ago recently sprayed Demon WP mixed with Gentrol in a rental. Previously,I had used Dupont Advion Gel and the tenant said it lost its effectiveness over time. I remember reading that it may not be effective when using insecticide after a gel product. If this doesn't work, what would you recommend?
A.   If you spray insecticide over the gel, the gel will definitely lose its effectiveness. You should not apply gel and contact insecticide in the same areas. If you would like to apply both, a rule of thumb would be to keep baits up high and insecticides down low. For instance, you can place baits on counters and in and under the cabinets and spray the insecticides down low on the baseboards or by the door frames. Both Demon and Dupont Advion are effective insecticides for roach control.
