Q. Snakes
So far this year we have found 2 snakes inside our home. Are your products safe for inside the home as well as outside?
A.   We have a glue board that can be used inside as well as outside because it does not have a chemical content. The snake repellents however are odor based and will repel snakes from a certain area outdoor, but it cannot be used indoors.

Q. snake problem
I live in West Louisiana, Fort Polk area. Last Sept. a timber rattler bit and killed my cocker spaniel as I was walking her on a leash on the road. Needless to say, I am deathly afraid now, even to go in my yard. I keep mothballs surrounding my home, but yesterday I saw a baby rattler at my sidewalk. I am considering this Dr. T's Snake repellent as what I have read this is good, but is it the best and is it dangerous for my little yorkie/scottie mix dog? He is inside as I am so very afraid to let him out at all by himself. I want to plant and work in my flower beds so is this also dangerous to my flowers? Thank you for your help.
A.

I am deeply sorry for you loss and hope to help prevent and protect your new puppy.

The Dr. T's Snake Repellent is very effective and safe as it uses all natural products. The snakes are repelled by the smell of the granules because it interferes with their sensory reception system.

We recommend that you do a perimeter treatment so that it will be a barrier around the area you wish to prevent the infestation.

It should not be harmful to your pet, however, we can provide you a link to the product label so you can thoroughly read about the product.

Q. can phorate granules used as snake reppelent if yes how does it repells snake
A.   We do not carry any phorate products so we are not well versed in phorate. To our understanding though, phorate products are used to control insects and not snakes. We do apologize that we were unable to better assist you.

Q. garden snake control
Thanks for all of your help. I used the Cyper wp products today, hopefully I will see results soon. I wanted to know if you sell anything for snakes. My mom has been getting snakes in her yard. She does have 5 orange trees, not sure if that matters. She is looking for some type of repellent, something like the repellent for mice and rats if that stuff really works? Thanks again
A.   There is a snake repellent from the Dr. T's nature products called Dr. T's Snake Away Repellent. It is used to repel both venomous and non-venomous snakes and can be applied in bands around the area you will like to protect against snakes. Consider using it as a perimeter/barrier treatment around your home or yard.

Q. What can you recommend for Grass Snakes?
I have a problem with grass snakes outside my door and some that get inside. What can you recommend I buy? I have tried moth balls, some product I bought from Lowe's that was moth balls that was suppose to be treated with chemicals. I paid $13.00 for a bag that didn't even help. What can I do?
A.   We do carry a snake repellent that has a similar odor to moth balls. It is called Dr. T's Snake-Away-Repellent. We also have large glue boards for snakes. If you have any further questions or comments, please feel free to contact us again.

Q. Ridding a farm pond of snakes
We have a farm pond lined with large rocks on the damn side. Yesterday, while swimming, my two grandchildren had this black snake with a yellow stripe swim between them. How can I rid this pond of them?
A.   Unfortunately, we do not have any specific items you can put in the water to treat for snakes. It appears that the snakes are in your area because of available food sources such as small fish, salamander, frogs, etc. We do not have items that can target the fish, but we recommend doing a general pest control, treating for the insects near the pond area in order to rid of the food source for salamanders and frogs. Hopefully, this will reduce the snakes' food source, putting your snake problem under control.
